About Arrivo
Travel plans are better when they connect.
Arrivo is built around a simple idea: people often want to visit the same places without realising it.
Instead of starting with bookings, Arrivo starts with intent. Save where you want to go, share it with people you know, and find the destinations and dates that bring your plans together.
From there it is an ordinary trip planner, and a good one: cities and dates, who is staying where, the flights and bookings for each day, and what it all cost once everybody has paid for something different.
Most of which you need not type. Forward a booking confirmation to your Arrivo inbox and what was booked is read out of it and put on the trip it belongs to, for you to check — along with what it cost, on the trip's expenses.
Who can see any of it
Nothing here is public. Every plan is yours, or shared with the friends you pick, or with a group you made for the purpose.
Friendships are mutual: somebody asks, and the other person answers. Being invited by a friend connects you to them and to nobody else, and it does not put you on a trip — you are asked first, every time.
