From idea to arrival

Plan less alone. Travel more together.

Arrivo turns the places you keep meaning to visit into trips that actually happen.

01

Say where you want to go

Add a place to your wishlist without committing to anything. Dates can be as vague as you actually are — "spring 2027", some time in June, or a rough window with a few days of give either side.

02

Choose who can see it

Every plan is private, shared with your friends, or shared with one of your own groups — the people you would actually go to Lisbon with, as opposed to everyone you know. Friendships are mutual here: somebody asks, and the other person answers.

03

Find the overlap

Arrivo compares your plans with your friends' and shows you where the place and the dates genuinely coincide. That is the part nobody does by hand, and the reason the vague dates matter.

04

Turn it into a trip

A trip has real dates, the cities you pass through and when, where everybody is staying, and the flights, trains, hire cars and bookings that hang off each day.

05

Let the bookings fill it in

Forward a confirmation to your Arrivo inbox, or paste one in, and what was booked is read out of it — flights, trains, stays, hire cars, tickets and tables. It goes onto the trip whose dates it falls inside, and waits there for you to check it against the email it came from before it is added. What the receipt says you paid can go onto the trip's expenses in the same step, converted into the trip's currency if it needs to be.

06

Or ask your assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP connectors to your account, and ask it instead: what is coming up, start a trip to Porto in May, add this flight or that hotel. It reads and writes the same trips you do, with exactly your rights and nothing more, and you can disconnect it at any time.

07

Bring people in

Invite somebody by email, or share a link that signs them up and adds them in one go. People can ask to join a trip, and the organizer decides. Two trips being planned separately can be linked when they turn out to be the same journey.

08

Settle up afterwards

Record what each person paid for as you go. Arrivo works out who owes whom, across more than one currency, and keeps track until everybody has actually been paid back. Where you have been is kept, too.
